Work application

1. Duration: longer than 60 minutes

2. Subject matter of works

We accept all kinds of domestic and foreign drama films, documentaries, cartoons, and other subjects

3. Level of completion

Since no film festival was held during the epidemic, all films completed after January 1, 2019, can be registered for the exhibition.

4. Subtitle language: Chinese/English

About copyright

The video must be an original work of which the copyright is legally held by the participant and must not infringe upon the rights and interests of other individuals or companies. Once shortlisted, except for force majeure, it is not acceptable to withdraw from the competition and screening activities of this year's festival for any reason.

Guidelines on Online Declaration (Recommended)

② Register: Enter email address > Obtain verification code

③ Application: menu bar "Work application - Film application" > Read the registration instructions and confirm > Fill in the film information and creator letter as required

Information > Upload required materials > Fill in Applicant information > Signature of Commitment > Submit application

Note: After the online application is submitted, it is available in the account field

Check the audit progress and registration status; If there is a successful registration/need to supplement materials and other news, we will notify the applicant by email.

Traditional reporting guidelines

① Download: Follow the "Asia Pacific Film Festival" public account > Click "I want to register - film declaration"

② Fill in: fill in the application form and print it as required > Sign and seal the "commitment letter"

③ Prepare materials: Prepare materials according to the list of "registration materials" and save them into U disk/hard disk as required

④ Mailing: the paper registration form that has been completed, signed and stamped will be mailed to the designated address together with the U disk/hard disk

Note: After receiving the registration materials, the Organizing committee will notify the applicant of the registration status by email.
